Banana Bread
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 1/4 tsp. of baking powder
1 1/4 tsp of baking soda
2/3 cup of butter softened
2/3 milk, warmed (your preference on what kind of milk to use, I use 2%)
1 1/4 mashed bananas (this is usually 2-4 bananas)
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 large eggs
bag of milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine listed ingredients in large bowl:
2 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 1/4 tsp of baking soda
Combine listed ingredients in a separate bowl:
2/3 cup of softened butter
1/3 cup of warmed milk
1 1/4 of mashed bananas
1 tsp of vanilla
Add the wet mix to the dry mix and stir with a spoon for 2 minutes.
Combine listed ingredients in another separate bowl:
1/3 of milk, warmed (the rest of the milk)
2 large eggs beaten
Add to the main mix, stir for 2 minutes until everything is combined.
Add chocolate chips if desired. Added amount is based on preference.
Grease bundt or loaf pan. Pour mixture in to pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. I cook more on the 40 minutes side to keep the bread a little dough-y.
Cool in a pan for at least 10 minutes before flipping over to a serving platter.
