Game Night Meatball Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 Bag of Frozen Meatballs

1 Can of Marinara Sauce (I use Rao’s)

1 Pack of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

2 Tablespoons of Butter

1 Teaspoon of Garlic

1 Teaspoon of Parsley

1 9x13 Pyrex Pan

Optional: Provolone Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°

Prepare your Pyrex Pan by spraying with Avocado Oil or Butter

Cook your meatballs based on the packaging. I cook them in a pan, add the marinara sauce until the sauce is simmering.

Take the pack of sweet rolls and cut horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.

Place the bottom layer in the pan.

Place meatballs on the rolls and top with marinara sauce. Do not overload the meatballs with sauce or the bread will become soggy.

Optional: Add the sliced provolone cheese to the top of the meatballs.

Place in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Melt the tablespoon of butter. Add the garlic and parsley.

Take the pan out of the oven and place the top layer of rolls on top of the meatballs.

Brush the butter, garlic and parsley mixture to the top of the rolls. Only brush enough to cover the tops or the top layer will become soggy.

Place the pan back in the oven for 10-15.

Do not take the sandwiches out of the oven and place the oven settings to broil. Broil the sandwiches for 1-3 minutes based on your preference. This makes the tops crispy.

Take out of the oven. Cut the sandwiches based on the grooves of the rolls, should be 12x individual rolls.

Put marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Enjoy!
