gratitude (n): a thankful appreciation for what an individual receives, whether tangible or intangible. With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives. As a result, gratitude plays a key role in regulating the initiation and maintenance of social relationships

You all have played a part in my growth whether it was supporting, loving and inspiring me. I am extremely grateful for you all which is why I chose the theme for supper no. 1 to be gratitude.

I hope you enjoy supper as it has changed me, allowed for me to grow and pushed me to be a better human.
