8oz Cream of Coconut

12oz Coconut Rum

6oz Fresh Lime Juice

15 Fresh Mint Leaves

6 cups Ice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until thick. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge. Serves 4.
